The Rules of Procedure set out the practical arrangements for applying the Statutes and define the Magna Camera's operating rules that are not expressly provided for herein. They may not contain any provision contrary to these Statutes. The Rules of Procedure are adopted and amended by collective decision of the Council of the Great Chamber.
